OKHA is a Cape Town based interior design studio. We are creators of progressive, elegant furniture and lighting, as well as artisanal objects and contemporary floor art. Job Summary:

Exacting and highly focused project management of all aspects of furniture sales, order and supply



  • Coordinating and securing sales of OKHA products by attending to RFP’s
  • Assist and manage all walk-in clients
  • Developing and maintaining a sales base/pipeline for OKHA
  • Interpret and understand the design brief and adequately recommend products and accessories
  • Managing of projects, i.e.
    • Costing,
    • Quoting,
    • Invoicing,
    • Orders, and Drawings
    • Quality Control of Manufactured items
  • Ensuring delivery in line with OKHA policy
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers ensuring best rates and terms
  • Interrogate and compare of all costs and quotes, ensuring conservative spending
  • Source new suppliers when necessary
  • Checking quality and accuracy on all product orders, at the factory and on delivery
  • Assist with elements of product development as and when necessary
  • Ensure the OKHA brand is represented in all aspects and areas of your work and presentation


  • Excellent working knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to understand and formulate design decisions and present for discussion
  • Ability to use a variety of media and software in the development and documentation of a design project
  • Ability to accurately understand and interpret instructions.•Understanding of the production process
  • The ability to demonstrate creative problem-solvingskills
  • Able to set and achieve deadlines and give regular updates on progress
  • Methodical, accurate and consistent attention to detail
  • Able to remain calm and work in pressurised environments
  • Self-motivatedand able to take responsibility
